At Gogaji Prime LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and unaltered.
In their original packaging.
Complete with all accessories, tags, and included parts.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Personal care and hygiene products once opened.
Cosmetics and similar products once opened.
Customized or special-order products.
Digital products and gift cards.
Items marked as Final Sale.
Products that have been used, worn, or altered.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.
After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@gogajiprime.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
Wait for our return instructions and authorization.
Ship the approved item using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return inspection and processing: Generally within 5–10 business days after receipt.
Payment provider processing: Additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account.
The exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, Gogaji Prime LLC will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an appropriate resolution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where an exchange is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable resolution.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to claim the package, please contact us to arrange possible reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Any refund for an undeliverable or refused order will be reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable law. Any permitted deductions will be communicated before processing.

Orders containing more than 5 units of the same product or with a total value exceeding $500 may be treated as bulk orders.
Bulk orders may be subject to additional return conditions disclosed before purchase. This does not affect applicable rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
